PROGRAM OBJECTIVES
 
Designed for middle to senior level executives, the Executive General Management Program will: 

  • Strengthen their specialisation and develop a perspective of all management areas
  • Help the individuals to develop a strong understanding of Indian and International business, both conceptually and analytically

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • Applicants should be working professionals/self-employed (Need to submit supporting proof)
  • Graduates (10+2+3 or equivalent) or post graduates in any discipline with min. 50% marks [ (aggregate- considering results of all years (e.g. 3 or 4 together)] recognised by UGC/AICTE/DEC
  • Minimum 6 years of work experience post completion of graduation is required as on June 1, 2017

Eligible applicants will be selected on the basis of their performance in the Program Aptitude Test (PAT) to be conducted by NIIT Imperia, together with the assessment of background and motivation (Statement of Purpose-Annexure II of the Application Form) based on the application form submitted. Selected applicants need to resubmit the latest proof of current employment at the time of Registration.

Program Details

PEDAGOGY
Each module will be taught through a balanced mix of lectures, cases, corporate examples and general discussions.

PROGRAM DESIGN AND DURATION

  • Duration: One Year
  • Frequency: Twice a week
  • Class Schedule: Saturday and Sunday - 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM
  • Delivery: Through classes at NIIT Imperia Centre for Advanced Learning in your city*, using Synchronous Learning Technology
In addition, there will be 3 days of campus visist at the beginning of the program, 3 days at the mid of the program & 3 days towards the end of the program. Attending all the campus visits are mandatory.

EVALUATION
  • Evaluation by: IIM  Lucknow
  • Evaluation Structure:  End module examinations
  • Evaluation Mode: Evaluation will be through Online Assessment / or as decided by faculty members
  • The final decision on evaluation methods rest with the institute and may change without prior intimation.
Based on the performance in the assessments, participants are awarded grades (Excellent, Good, Average, Below Average) in every module.
 
CERTIFICATION
Participants with Below average grades in not more than two modules will receive a ‘Certificate of Successful Completion’ in Executive General Management Program. Participants with more than 2 below average grades will receive a ‘Certificate of Participation’.
Certificates will be issued by IIM Lucknow.

  

Batch Details


Application Foreclosure Clause:

Please be aware that seats are limited at every location for this program. Therefore,
1. Applications can be fore-closed anytime (at all or some select locations), with a 7 day notice posted on the NIIT Imperia website.
2. Applicants are advised to apply as early as possible to avoid rejection of your application form

FEE AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE
 
Program Fee: Rs. 3,46,500/- + S.Tax 14% + SB cess 0.5% + KK cess 0.5%
The fee above is inclusive of all academic charges, examinations,textbooks, study material and taxes. An additional Campus visit fee of Rs. 6000/- +tax and Cess per day will be applicable. There is also a fee of Rs 7,000/-  for cases studies and books. All fees are non-refundable. Fees can be paid by cash, or cheque/demand draft drawn in favour of ‘NIIT Imperia Collection A/c’.

(Students to submit the PDCs towards future installments as per the due dates at the time of registration.)

A mandatory Campus Module fee is to be paid  before every campus visit. This amount includes boarding & lodging expenses. Travel arrangements for the campus visit have to be made by the students themselves.
  • Campus Installment 1 (Rs. 6000 per day+ tax and cess)
  • Campus Installment 2 (Rs. 6000 per day +tax and cess)
The Campus Instalment to be paid vide DD drawn in favour of “Indian Institute of Management Lucknow Noida Campus” payable at Noida.
Initial payment will not be refunded if any/all of the following conditions :
 
  • The application is found to be incomplete or inaccurate at any stage of scrutiny (Appearing in PAT does not confirm application acceptance/clearance of scrutiny)
  • The applicant is offered a seat for the program and does not join before the date mentioned in the offer letter.
The selection offer letter is for a specific batch of a program. Neither the offer for admission nor the initial amount is transferable to any other program or batch.
 
#Initial payment will be refunded completely if the candidate is not selected by the institute. This does not include the application amount of Rs. 1,150/- + tax and cess

Admission Process

BANK LOAN FACILITY
Up to 90% of the Program Fee can be availed as Customised Education Loan from leading banks to enable the participants to spread the repayment over a period of 36 months. However, the applicant shall be eligible for bank loans as per the concerned bank norms.
NIIT Imperia nor the Institute will be held responsible for any delay in disbursement of the bank loan.

PAT DETAILS

The Program Aptitude Test is a multiple-choice test of 90 minutes, with maximum score of 100.  PAT is distinctive because it measures aptitude not only through skills and abilities in functional areas, but also through an assessment of supporting personality traits that determine success in modern work environments.

 

The PAT covers the following four areas:

Verbal Ability & Communication Skills: 30 out of 100

Numerical Ability: 35 out of 100

Logical Reasoning & Creative Problem Solving: 20 out of 100

Supporting Personality Traits: 15 out of 100
