These programs will provide an ideal platform to accounts and finance professionals who wish to gain unique insight in the field of taxation and move to the next levels in their career.”
The emphasis of the customized taxation programs is placed on technical competence and practical applications of the current tax and regulatory framework, including research and planning. Participants will be exposed to all areas of taxation, including transfer pricing, domestic and international tax and various indirect taxes (such as Service tax, VAT, Customs etc).
The one and a half month Certificate Program in Tax Regulations will enable participants to get a working knowledge of various tax laws and regulatory matters, while the one month Advanced Program in Tax Regulations will focus on finer aspects, such as interpretation of law and analysis of key judicial pronouncements and emerging trends. The two and a half month Diploma in Tax Regulations will encompass both the above programs. Participants will be presented certificates jointly by KPMG in India and NIIT imperia on successful completion of the program.
Earlier KPMG and NIIT Imperia had launched the One and a half month ‘Advanced Certificate Program on IFRS’ to help companies and individuals transition from the Indian GAAP to IFRS.
